The Turning is CAST!

We finally made a decision on our two lead roles for “The Turning”. With two weeks to go before filming, some serious work needs to be done…

Especially for Victoria Collier – our heroine.

So Dale dragged her down to my old stomping grounds, the OkinawaTe Bodoku Dojo “Southern CA Martial Arts Assoc.” in Eagle Rock, CA.

Sensei James Gordon, our old friend from highschool spent almost two hours with Victoria teaching her the basics of Okinawa te… I may have to put on my old gi and get down and dirty with her training on Thursday… I need to get her up and running with advanced moves and technique just so she ‘looks the part’. And in the meantime teach her some cool martial arts moves.

Here are some pictures from last night’s training session…

Victoria looking like a seasoned martial artist. A straight line and everything!!!

Dale looking very Japanese. It's a new trend. Naw - he's just a Filipino/American filmaker who's worried thinking, "UH-OH Can Victoria handle this?"

The always very happy and enthusiastic Sensei James Gordon. Oh and that's Victoria thinking... what did Dale and Glenn get me into now?

We are looking for 10-12 ZOMBIE extras for our movie. We will be filming on the weekend of March 24th.

If you are interested, email me right away. Food will be served so that's a great incentive. Plus, you'll have blood and guts thrown all over you. So wear some clothes you don't mind thrashing!
